Returning Members
If you have have registered previously for Shrine Catholic Athletics online, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Just log in to your established account.
New Members
New online members must create a new account, and should add all pertinent family members as prompted by the registration program. Enter ALL email addresses you would like used in the future, seperated by a comma (,). Email is the primary communication tool utilized by Shrine Catholic Athletics.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration and is required for your child to participate. Note that the CYO & HS emply different credit card processers, and that payment for each goes into seperate accounts. Please pay balances with CYO & HS Athletics seperately.

Eligibility to participate in Shrine Catholic CYO Athletics
- Student must be baptized Catholic and the family must be registered parishioners of Shrine or one of the surrounding Catholic parishes.
- Student must attend a Catholic Religious Education program (CRE). Shrine Catholic Grade School and Academy students automatically fulfill the CRE requirement.
Compliance with the Catholic Religious Education requirement is monitored.
Eligibility to participate in Shrine Catholic HS Athletics
- Student must attend and be in good academic standing at Shrine Catholic High School, or
- Student must attend and be in good academic standing at a recognized co-op partner high school for that particular sport.
Parents & Legal Guardians Only
Only a parent or legal guardian, 18 years of age or older, can register a child. If you are not at least 18 years old and you wish to register, you must have a parent or guardian complete the following forms.
