Registration deadline is Monday, June 5. Late registration/walk-ups welcome - space and t-shirt size not guaranteed.

Wrestling and Dance will be held in the Auditorium right by the parking lot. Volleyball and Basketball will be held in the Fieldhouse behind the school. Outdoor camps will be held on the Turf Field.

Football Strength and Conditioning Camp in Grades 9-12 in Fall 2023
Dates: 6/12-8/3 (no sessions 7/3 - 7/6)
28 Sessions: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Time: 3:00pm - 4:30 pm (June & August)
Time: 8:00- 9:30 am (July)
Cost: $130
28 complete speed, strength, and agility workouts supervised by a trained staff of Shrine coaches that want to develop the total athlete. This program is designed to help improve the overall athlete and help get them ready for their seasons. This program will also help those young individuals that just want to improve their strength and conditioning for themselves.

- Fundamental skill review and instruction
- Station work including agility and ball handling drills

- Fine tune fundamentals & technique. Advance knowledge of the game.
- Scrimmage scenario drills as well as a final full day of 6 on 6 scrimmages.
- You’ll have a blast challenging yourself to become a better player amongst old & new friends – along with daily camp themes and best dressed prizes!

Dates: 7/21-7/22 (2 day intensive camp)
Time: 5pm - 7:30pm

The camp will include…
- Advanced skills and drills training from the Shrine varsity volleyball coaching staff.
- Players will receive fundamentals & technique training on hitting, setting, defense, serving, and serve receive in this 2-day volleyball intensive camp.
- We will incorporate individual skills applied in game scenarios, including scrimmaging and competitive play! (There will be special prizes for winners!)
- We can't wait to see you on the court in this fun, friendly, pre-season camp!
- Campers should wear tshirts and shorts, gym shoes, and bring their own water bottles to camp. Kneepads are optional but encouraged.
